The items arrived very quickly - much faster than I was expecting. I believe it was no more than a few days (in snowy weather, I might add). It was hard to find the actual store / site (little pumpkin). I had performed several google searches for my item (JJ Cole Arctic Bundle Me) and for some reason this site hadn't shown up until my most recent search. The website was all very simple - one of the easiest transactions I've made this season for baby or Christmas gifts, and this year I've done everything online.

The availability of the item I wanted - it's hard to find to begin with, and I had to cancel my order for the item from another retailer because it was unexpectedly out of stock and I was getting unreliable information about when it would come back into stock for delivery.
